This website introduces Eastgate Partners and provides general business context. It is not a binding offer, a personalised legal, tax or financial recommendation, or an invitation to invest in a particular opportunity. Information and AI replies should be checked against your circumstances.
Agreeing an assignment
An enquiry does not create a paid assignment. Before work begins, the parties agree the scope, responsibilities, deliverables, timing and commercial terms separately. Any signed engagement agreement governs that assignment. This page does not add fees, payment deadlines, cancellation charges or liability limits to an existing agreement.
Service scope and specialists
Eastgate’s areas of focus include Market Entry, Business Setup coordination, Local Representation and Business Investment. The exact support available is discussed individually. Where legal, accounting or other specialists are involved, the engagement must identify their role and the relevant contracting arrangements. An introduction is not a guarantee of a third party’s work or of a commercial result.
Business Investment and services in development
Business Investment enquiries begin with a discussion of your interests and the support sought. The website does not offer investment listings, an investor portal or guaranteed returns. Eastgate OS is in development. Illustrative intelligence examples do not constitute a live feed.
Confidentiality, data and materials
Do not send sensitive personal information or confidential third-party material through an initial enquiry or AI chat. Privacy and cookie information is provided on the separate linked pages. Rights to website and third-party materials remain with their respective rights holders; rights to assignment deliverables are addressed in the engagement agreement.
