Eastgate Partners and AB Werkt have established DutchlinQ, a jointly owned recruitment organisation focused on attracting international talent for AB Werkt and its clients. Both partners hold a 50% stake.
DutchlinQ combines Eastgate Partners’ local presence and knowledge of the Bulgarian labour market with AB Werkt’s experience in recruitment, employment and supporting international workers.
The organisation recruits exclusively for AB Werkt and its clients, serving roles across agriculture, food, landscaping, logistics, production and technical manufacturing. Basic English proficiency is a minimum requirement for candidates.
The partnership focuses on matching candidates who choose to work abroad with suitable roles in the Netherlands. The partners aim to improve candidate matching and communication throughout the recruitment process. Candidates receive support from their first contact through arrival and the start of work in the Netherlands.
